If you have used our services or connected with our application (WB Communications by AAF Group), and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to consulting@westrivetoexcel.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

2. Include your full name, contact details, and any relevant account or phone number associated with your WhatsApp or Meta Business integration.

3. Our compliance team will verify your identity and confirm deletion of your data from our systems within 7 business days.

4. Please note that data stored by third-party partners such as Meta Platforms, Gupshup Technologies, or HubSpot Inc. may remain subject to their respective retention and deletion policies.
